Description
Learn about Washington’s 2025 Statewide Ballot Measures in this informative, non-partisan webinar hosted by the Junior League of Tacoma in partnership with the League of Women Voters of Tacoma–Pierce County! Lite brunch and champagne will be served (hence the bubbles in the title).
The program begins with a review of how to vote in Washington in 2025 and recognition of the ongoing legacy of the 19th Amendment. From there, our presenter will provide a clear, accessible overview of each ballot measure, covering:
- What the measure proposes to do
- How it qualified for the ballot
- The potential fiscal impact
- Supporters and their arguments
- Opponents and their arguments
- Questions raised by attendees
We’ll also highlight local Tacoma and Pierce County measures at the end of the presentation.
A special thank you to the League of Women Voters of Tacoma–Pierce County for their collaboration in making this program possible.
