For twelve inspiring years, the Junior League of Tacoma’s Women in Leadership event celebrated the vision, resilience, and impact of women who elevate our community. From honoring trailblazers across Pierce County to creating space for meaningful conversations and connection, the event became a signature tradition that reflected our mission of developing women leaders. As we sunset the program in 2025, we do so with deep gratitude—for the honorees who shared their stories, the partners who believed in our work, and the members who poured their passion into making each year unforgettable.
