The Values Based Leadership Training aims to help clarify your core values and understand how those values show up in real leadership moments. Participants will explore how values influence decision-making, inclusion, and the use of power, especially when situations are complex or high-pressure. This training supports more aligned, equitable, and values-driven leadership.
