This interactive session explores the relationship between self-awareness, confidence, and the ability to navigate change effectively.
Participants will reflect on how their lived experiences — including identity, values, relationships, and culture — shape their leadership style. Using practical frameworks and evidence-based insights (including research from Gallup), attendees will examine how self-awareness fuels confidence and how confident leaders adapt to change.
Participants will explore:
- The connection between self-awareness and leadership confidence
- Strategies to strengthen change agility
- Tools to lead teams through uncertainty and transition
