This workshop examines impostor syndrome from a new perspective by identifying the five different types of impostors and exploring how they lead to “firefighting” behavior in leadership roles.
This workshop examines impostor syndrome from a new perspective by identifying the five different types of impostors and exploring how they lead to “firefighting” behavior in leadership roles.
Participants will learn strategies to break this cycle, challenge their inner critic, and build stronger self-compassion. The session draws on concepts from Gestalt theory and the work of Kristin Neff on self-compassion.
