This training introduces participants to advocacy at the state and local level, including how legislation develops and how community leaders influence policy.
This training introduces participants to advocacy at the state and local level, including how legislation develops and how community leaders influence policy.
The session features a panel of women leaders shaping policy across Virginia. Topics include coalition-building, grassroots mobilization, and communicating effectively with policymakers and stakeholders.
Participants will gain insight into how women are advancing solutions in areas such as:
- Education
- Healthcare
- Economic opportunity
- Public safety
- Environmental sustainability
