Description
In leadership, some of the most important moments happen without warning — a question in a meeting, a comment during discussion, or being asked to speak up on the spot. Thinking on Your Feet is an interactive session designed to help participants respond with confidence, clarity, and intention when preparation isn’t possible.
Participants will learn practical techniques to organize their thoughts quickly, manage nerves, and communicate effectively in real time through guided exercises and real-life scenarios.
Participants will learn how to:
- Respond confidently when asked to share an opinion unexpectedly
- Organize thoughts quickly and communicate clearly in the moment
- Reduce nervous habits that undermine credibility
- Speak with clarity and purpose in leadership and advocacy settings
Attendees will leave with simple, repeatable tools to feel more composed and effective — even when put on the spot.
